The State Committee for State Property has created an information data base for e-services in the cadastre.

The work is carried out within the "Cadastre - Real Estate Registration" project in Ganja and Sheki.

At present, the State Committee works on technical inventory of land and real property regardless of ownership.

The Azerbaijani Ministry of Justice has installed universal electronic kiosks for the purpose of e-services in accordance with Presidential Decree on Measures on E-services for the Population in Governmental Agencies"

The Ministry informs that installation of electronic kiosks for test operation was commenced in June in several agencies.

President Ilham Aliyev has called on the IT ministry to develop concrete measures in the provision of e-services by government agencies in Azerbaijan.

Aliyev tasks the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies to accelerate the interaction with other government agencies regarding the transition to e-government, the Deputy Minister Iltimas Mammadov said.

“The transition to e-government does not mean the transition of only one ministry or department. Each department must prepare a related infrastructure for the introduction of e-services to further ensure their connection to a single e-government portal,” he said.

Baku hosts presentation of the system of on-line registration of individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activities without establishing a legal entity.

Deputy tax minister Natig Amirov informs that via the system individual entrepreneur, without losing time on a visit to tax authorities, will be registered in the Tax Internet Department through web user code and password.

Introduction of electronic control system in the Ministry of Economic Development of Azerbaijan has contributed to the economy of 3,000 tons of paper.

Deputy minister of economic development Sevinj Hasanova says that introduction of an e-control system in the MED contributed to the growth in internal flow of documents

"As a result of the introduction of the e-control system Ministry’s flow of documents rose 5-fold up to 12,700 letters, while previously it reached 2,400 service letters a year,” Hasanova emphasized.
