The Azerbaijani State Securities Committee has established a system of automated electronic services and integrated it into the 'Electronic Government' (ehdis.az) portal, the committee said on Monday.

The committee has ensured the paying of fees in e-form in real time, as well as security of transactions and individual data as continued operations to execute the presidential decree as of May 23, 2011 on .'Some measures in the sphere of rendering electronic government services', the report said.

The State Securities Committee of Azerbaijan continues developing e-services and integration of its own system with portal e-Government.

According to the Committee, in this regard the SSC provided an opportunity of e-payment of state duties in real time regime. At the same time it was ensured safety of transactions and personal information.

The Azerbaijani State Social Protection Fund has started to receive payments on compulsory social insurance in electronic form, state fund chairman Salim Muslimov told journalists.

"Insurers will be able to provide statements for the first half and second quarter of the year in an electronic form in July," Muslimov said.

The software allows to carry out these operations in the on-line-mode. State Fund has received 6205 electronic applications on May 31 in order to provide electronic reporting.

The State Social Protection Fund of Azerbaijan renders 19 e-services.

Fund’s chairman Salim Muslimov says that to date 6,025 insured on compulsory social insurance applied to the SSPF with e-applications and received relevant codes for submission of e-reports to the Fund on mandatory social insurance payments.

"We are actively cooperating with the Ministry of Communications & IT. We have prepared and approved the administrative regulations of 19 e-services, 10 of which are interactive and 9 are informative. Today, 442 SSPF managers having the signature right received electronic digital signatures (EOC) and actively use them," he noted.

Azerbaijan and Estonia have an opportunity to continue the cooperation in creating "electronic government", Azerbaijani Deputy Communications and IT Minister, Mammadov Iltimas said at the Estonian-Azerbaijani business forum in Baku on Friday.

"The development of information technology and satellite launch creates great opportunities for cooperation with other countries, including with Estonia. A good example of this cooperation is the creation of the most important link of "electronic government" - its electronic portal by the Estonian company Subernet together with local companies," Mammadov said.
