The traffic department and e-Government Authority (eGA) really deserve big congratulations for making the annual renewal of vehicle registration so easy. The new online renewal facility is now available for vehicles satisfying two criteria (a) the vehicle must be not more than four years old and (b) insurance should be with one of the companies listed on the website. If both conditions are satisfied, the online form and payment process are very simple and the renewed 'token' is delivered by registered post within three to five days! All this without leaving your desk!

However, I request eGA to make one small improvement. When delivery option is selected as PO box, currently there is only one field to enter just a box number. This is okay for an individual having his own PO box.
