The Cabinet Office today announced that it had signed a contract with local government's Improvement and Development Agency (IDeA), to create an online strategic leadership programme for managers across local government. Working in a public-private partnership with Epic Group plc and iMPOWER plc, the Cabinet Office has created PRIME: Local Government to drive through a transformation in leadership skills across the public sector.
