Information Technology Authority (ITA) signs a contract with the Info-communications Development Authority (IDA) International in the honorary presence of H.E. Mohammed Nasser Al Khasibi, Secretary General, Ministry of National Economy and Chairman of ITA.

Dr. Salim Al Ruzaiqi. CEO of ITA and Mr. Seah Chin Siong, CEO of IDA International sign this agreement on the 15th of March 2009 in the presence of the President of Singapore HE S. R. Nathan, HE Sheikh Al Fadhel Al Harthy, Undersecretary for Development Affairs Ministry of National Economy and Deputy of Chairman of ITA and other high level dignitaries of the Singaporean delegation.

The Information Technology Authority (ITA) of Oman signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the National Digital Certification Agency (Agence Nationale de Certification Electronique - ANCE) to undertake cooperative efforts to establish the Digital Certification system for the Sultanate.

The event was held at ITA premises in KOM, Rusayl on the 14th of March 2009. Dr. Salim Al-Ruzaiqi, CEO of ITA and Mr. Sami Ghazali, CEO of ANCE sign the MoU.

The Information Technology Authority's (ITA), in association with the Ministry of Social Development, launched the official online donations portal www.onlinedonations.org.om on the 13th January 2009 at the Board Room of ITA, Knowledge Oasis Muscat (KOM).

This portal was launched by H.E Ahmed Rashid Mohammed al Mamari, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Development in the presence of Dr. Salim Al Ruzaiqi, CEO of ITA and Mr. Mohamed Ali Al Qaed, CEO of eGovernment Authority, Kingdom of Bahrain.

Information Technology Authority (ITA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Infocommunications Development Authority (IDA), Singapore. Dr Salim al Ruzaiqi, CEO of ITA, and Seah Chin Siong, CEO of IDA, signed the agreement on Sunday. Signing of the MoU is part of the agenda of the delegation from IDA headed by Seah Chin Siong, CEO, who is on two-day official visit to the Sultanate. Yip Kong Ban, Director of IDA, and Syed Faruk, Executive Consultant of IDA, are other senior members of the delegation.
