New Smart Solutions for Istanbul Transportation, “New Generation Vehicles” session was held within the scope of Ulaşım Sustainable Transportation Congress in of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. Assoc. Dr. Eda Beyazit in thin facilitated (moderator) session held in smart mobility in Turkey, autonomous vehicles, touched on topics such as new transportation technologies. In the session, the different dimensions of an innovative transportation were discussed and the opportunities they created for Istanbul were discussed.

Almost 44 million people, more than half of Turkey's population, use the online government portal e-Devlet (e-State), according to the Digital Transformation Office head Ali Taha Koç.

Speaking to Anadolu Agency (AA), Koç said the portal has seen user numbers grow over the years. It was visited by more than 44.5 million users so far in 2019, compared to just 6,990 in 2008, when it was launched.

In order to solve the problems of the city, to increase the quality of life of the citizens and to use resources efficiently and efficiently, Bursa has started the journey of “Smart City Bursa“. With this vision, work has been started as of July 2018 as part of the Ref Cities of the Future ”program of the UK Welfare Fund.
