Die Ziele sind hoch gesteckt: „Die moderne Verwaltung ist 365 Tage im Jahr, sieben Tage die Woche und 24 Stunden am Tag für den Bürger erreichbar“, sagt Lübecks Innensenator Thorsten Geißler (CDU). So soll das Internet-Angebot der Hansestadt in den kommenden Monaten und Jahren kontinuierlich erweitert werden. Nach der Stadtbibliothek in der vorigen Woche werden jetzt auch Dienstleistungen des Standesamtes und des Holzhofes per Mausklick angeboten. „Wir werden auch in anderen Bereichen diesen Service ausbauen“, kündigt Stadtsprecher Matthias Erz an.

Berlin: Technik-Panne: Polizei nur eingeschränkt handlungsfähig
Folgenschwere Panne bei der Berliner Polizei: Am Donnerstagnachmittag fiel das Computersystem Poliks aus und war bis Redaktionsschluß am gestrigen Abend nicht wieder einsatzbereit. In der Folge konnten Verdächtige nicht überprüft, Vorgänge nicht eingespeist und Fahndungen nicht aktualisiert werden. Viele Polizisten verließen ihre Dienststellen und bummelten Überstunden ab - effektiv arbeiten konnten sie nicht.
Berliner Polizei-Software "POLIKS" wieder mit schweren Problemen
Beim Betrieb der neuen Software der Berliner Polizei "POLIKS" sind erneut schwere Probleme aufgetreten. Das teilte ein Sprecher des Polizeipräsidenten heute mit. Ein Fehler in der Datenbank "POLIKS" (Polizeiliches Landessystem zur Information, Kommunikation und Sachbearbeitung) führte seit gestern 14 Uhr 40 dazu, dass Informationen nicht mehr online verfügbar waren. "Die Sachbearbeitung ist nach wie vor möglich. Seit 22 Uhr können an 330 Arbeitsplätzen Fahndungsabfragen durchgeführt werden", so der Sprecher weiter. Experten der Software-Entwicklungsfirma und die Computerspezialisten der Polizei arbeiteten mit Hochdruck an der Lösung des Problems. Nach eigenem Bekunden waren Einsatzkräfte der Schutzpolizei und des Landeskriminalamts jedoch zeitweise nicht voll handlungsfähig. Berichte und Vernehmungsprotokolle ließen sich nicht richtig eingeben und Personen konnten nicht überprüft werden.
