The launching ceremony was attended by representatives of the ministry, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), the E-Commercial Business Association, and other private businesses.
Under the system, exporters in Vietnam would apply for C/O for their products from the ministry through the Internet instead of the mail, said the ministry.
By publishing all transactions online, relationships between purchasers and suppliers for the acquisition of goods, works and consultancy services required by the public sector are available.
