Telekom Malaysia Bhd’s enterprise and public sector arm, TM One, has partnered with the Alor Gajah Municipal Council (MPAG) and Syarikat Air Melaka Bhd (SAMB) to drive Melaka’s digital transformation. At the heart of this initiative is TM One’s Local Urban Observatory (LUO) smart solution, a data-driven platform designed to improve urban monitoring and decision-making for MPAG. The LUO system integrates real-time data analytics, predictive insights, and performance tracking to streamline public services and infrastructure management.

The launch of the first ‘Smart Pole’ project at Kuching Waterfront marks a proactive step by the Kuching North City Commission (DBKU) towards realising the vision of transforming Kuching into a smart city.
