Not only that, she is also concerned about her car's safety especially when it is parked in a dimly-lit alley at night.

The Sabah state government is roping in Huawei Technologies Malaysia Sdn Bhd to accelerate its digital transformation initiatives.

It has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Huawei Technologies Malaysia Sdn Bhd at the company’s Huawei headquarters here on Nov 11.

Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor, who witnessed the signing of the agreement during his trade visit to China, said the partnership was a significant leap towards a digital future for Sabah.

The Sarawak government’s Kuching Smart City Master Plan for low carbon mobility and smart city infrastructure here will be extended to other urban areas in the state, said Datuk Awang Tengah Ali Hasan.

The deputy premier said the master plan will balance environmental sustainability and urbanisation, safe and liveable city, with a holistic urban planning.
