Imex Systems has launched its community portal software and suite of e-services, iCity, which allows for community collaboration, information, communications and electronic services delivery by municipal governments. The iCity suite is specifically designed for small and medium-sized cities to enable residents to take advantage of electronic service delivery at any time — day or night. With iCity, registered users will have a single sign-on and integrated on-line payment system for all e-services. The iCity suite of e-services delivery include utility billing and payments, property tax billing and payments, recreation program registration, facility bookings, building permits, pet licenses, on-line sale of garbage tags, municipal publications and other merchandise.

Additional modular components of the iCity product suite include the iCity Portal, city information, city hall information, information for residents, information for businesses, information for visitors, local business directory and a FAQ.

The iCity's modular structure allows for purchasing of the whole suite or only the applications desired. Imex Systems offers customers a choice of payment options including one-time licensing, subscription or ASP-mode.
