Telemedicine Market in Brazil, Russia, India, China (BRIC) is expected to reach a market size of $418.4 million by the year 2014, at a CAGR of 15.8 percent from 2009-2014 accoring to a report.

Apollo hospital one of India's biggest private hospital chains is already a major player in this field, it currently provides telemedicine services in 52 African nations. In India, Apollo has 120 telemedicine centres and also offers services in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Africa.
