He was speaking at a programme organised by the Department of Civil Service Personnel Records (DoCSPR) to announce the establishment of online information sharing system in all government offices.
On the occasion, Minister Yadav and State Minister for General Administration, Sunita Kumari Mahato, handed over passwords to the representatives of Civil Investment Funds and the Provident Fund for the online correspondence system with DoCSPR.
State Minister Mahato underscored the need of drafting an Act to make all the government offices paperless by assimilating e-governance to make administration efficient and competitive.
Heaping praise on the DoCSPR efforts, Chief Secretary Madhav Prasad Ghimire said the networking system has really proved a great help and should be copied by other offices.
