While addressing the meeting, the association's president Dr. Aisha Kirabo, who is also the mayor of Kigali, called upon her counterparts to be in constant communication with the population by embracing ICT.

"One of our pillars is communication and ICT is one of the good and effective tools in communication, it can be done easily, faster and we can reach the larger audience in the shortest possible time," Kirabo said

"If we have to improve on good governance, we need to get closer to the population."
