During the special press conference in Almaty Head of the Global Initiative on Internet Policy in Kazakhstan project, lawyer Sofiya Isenova urged rigid
state control over implementation of the State E-Government Program and called to formation of coalition of NGOs.
The activity of the coalition will be oriented towards research of the society’s readiness to introduction of E-Government and organization of study activities in this direction, said the participants of the conference. During the discussion they touched upon two key problems – numerical inequality in the society and administrative barriers in development of communication market.
Finally the participants of the press conference arrived at the unanimous decision that all the questions should be solved with assistance of public bodies and business involving NGO.
