Kostanai Public Service Centres are widening the range of services.

Last year over 13 thousand residents have received the electronic digital signature and are using services of the electronic government. This place in the Kostanai Public Service Centre is like a school. Ainur teaches people to work with the e-government portal.

Ainur Mukanova, Consulting Officer: It means that they will be able to receive all state services at home with the help of the internet. They need not to go somewhere. It is very convenient. They are sending a request, receive a document, and then take it to where it is necessary.

In his address to the nation the president say the more qualitative services are the less corruption appears and the centres are trying to make this phrase come true. People used to receive the document about ownership of the real estate over a period of five days and now it is possible to receive it in several minutes. By the end of the year public service centres will be giving all licenses.

Azamat Orazaly, Director, Kostanai Public Service Centre: We are going to create a single data base. The person needs their ID and the document of entitlement. Our inspector will address the base and a person will receive the necessary certificate. It is also planned to create separate public service centres for giving driving licenses and registration of cars.

During the construction of the population centre it is planned to use the land of at least 1 thousand square metres with rooms of at least 2 hectares.
