Last November the Interior Ministry in cooperation with the Ministry of Communications and Information developed a mechanism of payment through the "E-government" website.
The traditional practice of paying fines foresees the necessity to stand in two lines - at a bank and the subdivision of administrative practice.
"Payment through the "E-government" website facilitates the procedure, sending the paid penalty automatically to the department of traffic police," the report read.
The new system will be available by the end of 2011. Payments can be made via electronic cash payment terminals installed in public places, as well as via ATMs and POS-terminals.
