About KZT 700 mln will be allocated from the regional budget for introduction of Electronic Government in the region the next year, Kazinform refers to the press service of the regional Governor.
The decision was taken on the regular session of deputies of the regional maslikhat, who stated that the rural areas of the region are lack of electronic document management and common computer literacy of the population.
The allocated funds are aimed at the realization of program for 2009-2011, the main purpose of which is formation of information structure of the local executive bodies, provision of population’s access to the informational resources.
Firstly, the issues of introduction of the electronic government in the rural areas will be addressed.
