The organizers of the conference are the East Kazakhstan region akimat staff with the support of “Zubr” consulting center and “Rating” IT-company.
For the 4th time already East Kazakhstan becomes the centre for discussing issues of development of the “e-government” and rendering of state electronic services.
The first stage of the regional program of electronic akimat for 2006-2008 will be complete in December and time has come to sum up the results of its realization, get rid of the “minuses” and strengthen the “pluses”, in order to show positive results in the next 3 years.
As we were informed by the organizing committee, over 100 representatives of state bodies, IT-companies, consulting companies, universities and NGOs will gather for discussions of “the present and the future”. More over, it will focus not only on the examples of implementation of electronic services and development of electronic akimats of various regions of our country, but also on the leading international experience in development of the electronic government. Eminent experts from Bulgaria, Russia and Japan will share their experiences.
