Registration of real estate transactions has been included in the list of e-government services.
It was done by Decision #145 of the Cabinet Ministers from 20 June, which amended the Rules of E-Services by the Central Authorities and the List of E-Services.
Both documents were supplemented by a point, allowing the provision of e-services in the field:
- appeals and submission of documents for state registration of real estate mortgages;
- cancelation (liquidation) of such appeals and the documents submitted;
- appeals and documentary justification for the state registration of real estate mortgage encumbrance;
- cancellation of the registration of such encumbrance;
- appeals and submission of documents for re-registration of the mortgage;
- appeals and documentary registration for state registration of real estate leasing;
- cancellation of registration of real estate leasing.
It also includes all e-services operations with passenger cars, including their purchase/sale, the motor vehicles under authority of public enterprises and organizations, and fully privatized enterprises with state participation.
