According to APA-Economics, within the project, the training centers will be established in 15 regions including Baku, Ganja, Nakhchivan, Sumgayit, Mingechevir, Barda, Lankaran, Gazakh, Imishli, Gabala, Goychay, Shirvan, Shamakhi, Guba, Shaki.
Korean specialists will install special education information system in the training centers and supply with the necessary equipments. Civil servants will be able to participate in these trainings and benefit from distant education services. Within the project, the local specialists will participate in the training courses in Korea.
Azerbaijani Minister of Communication and Information Technologies Ali Abbasov noted that establishment of training center for e-government in Azerbaijan will allow the civil servants acquiring practice knowledge and skills.
In turn, Korean Ambassador to Azerbaijan Choi Suk-in said that the relations between two countries are at the high level and Korea is ready to share its experience in ICT sphere.
Note that the grant agreement was signed by Ali Abasov and Choi Suk-in.
Besides, the sides discussed existing and perspective links between two countries, cooperation of Azerbaijan with KOICA.
