Under the relevant order, the Cabinet Ministers is in charge to draft for two months the State Program of expansion of e-services of state bodies and e-government development for 2013-15, as well as proposals for regulation of creation of state e-systems and resources. For the same period the President should receive the requirements for web-resources, systems and services connected to e-gov.az.
The Ministry of Communications & IT is entrusted to ensure the efficient operation of e-government portal, organize data exchange between systems and resources based on individual identification number. The State Agency for Special Communications and Information Security, acting under the Special State Protection Service, is commissioned to provide the e-government portal with secure communications channels and ensure its information security.
