From the very start of issue of electronic digital signature (EDS) the Computer Information Center (CIC) of the Ministry of Communications & Information Technology has issued 3,242 e-signatures.
According to statistics, the CIC National Certification Center issued 265 EDS certificates to businesses and individuals in January.
176 out of 419 state e-services are available at portal E-Government.
At that, the total number of e-services placed on the websites of state institutions in Azerbaijan is 348.
In January alone it was registered 12,438 appeals for provision of 159 state e-services.
From the beginning of February the CIC started issuing mobile authentication certificates. Before early March the CIC intends to issue digital signature certificates for use in mobile devices.
