The Order endorsed the regulations of granting a special permit (license) for the exchange activity and the collection, processing and marketing of non-ferrous metal waste, including precious metals and stones; administrative registration of grant agreements of commercial legal entities; administrative regulations of provision of a certificate of origin; administrative regulations of provision of a certificate of quality of exported goods. Enforcement of regulations is assigned to chief of the Ministry’s General Department Rovshan Atashov.
Applications for each license are considered for 15 days. Stock exchange license fee is AZN 11,000 and for work with waste of non-ferrous metals is AZN 2,200. Applications for the third service are considered for a week, and for the fourth and fifth services by 3 days.
