There is need for creation of a new public service for e-services in Azerbaijan.
The statement came from head of the Legal Policy and State Building Committee of the Parliament of Azerbaijan Ali Huseynov.
To him, at the present time, the level of individual government agencies in the field of electronic services is different. In addition, recent attacks on state websites showed that this issue relates to the national security:
'So there is a need for a special public service, coordinating e-government issues and security', APA reports.
