Rufat Gulmammadov, the director of the Information Society Department of the Ministry of Communications & Information Technologies, said that among the problems preventing realization of the State E-Government Programme are lack of personnel and non-readiness of the society.
“For successful implementation of the Programme there should be achieved progress on all of its components and for that it is needed to prepare society for these processes,” Gulmammadov.
The MCIT conducted training courses in different regions for teachers, students and employees of other departments.
The courses explain such ideas as e-government and e-signature have been organized in the Guba and Lankaran regions, Azerbaijan Economic University, Baku State University. These courses are also planned in Mingechevir, Nakhchivan and other regions,” Gulmammadov said.
