Dr. Hossein Riyazi added in an interview with CITNA, “Providing the required software for the Health Centers in a bid to enable them to send their data to the Health Ministry and the required software at the Health Ministry to collect the received data are among the moves at process currently in that respect.”
He added, “We are also establishing a comprehensive information bank and providing for rapid health reporting at two branches of the e-health project.”
He added, “In recent years despite the moves made in this respect here and there, due to the lack of an Informatics Health University, or any such faculties at our health and medical universities we were deprived of the required knowledge for the purpose.”
Riyazi reiterated, “Fortunately, during the past two years relying on the measures adopted at the Health Ministry and some universities, the defining, designing, and production of the required hardware and software for the project has been clicked.”
