Under auspices of Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Eng. Mohamed Jameel Bin Ahmad Mulla, the e-Government Program Yesser has signed today an agreement with Saudi Commission for Health Specialties to be transformed into e-Government.

The MCIT Minister pointed out that the Agreement stipulates that Yesser will offer a set of consultative services to develop the Commission's e-Government Plan and its related projects in addition to specifying best practices and appropriate mechanisms to develop the Infrastructure.

On his part, Director General of Yesser Program Eng. Ali Bin Saleh Al-Soma, said that Yesser will offer its services to the Commission through a specialized consultative team. He added that work will be implemented in cooperation with the Commission's work team to transform all services of the Commission to be electronic.

He pointed out that determining vision and requirements of the coming stage will be made through the said agreement.

On the other hand, Secretary General of the Commission Dr. Abdulaziz bin Hassan Al-Saegh stated that the Commission will formulate a steering committee to be presided by him with membership of Departments Managers in addition to representatives of the e-Government Program.

It is worth mentioning that the e-Government Program plays a vital role in enabling all Government Agencies to be transformed into e-Government to reduced centralization of work.

The Program has been envisioned to raise productivity of public sectors so that all individuals and business sectors can be provided with efficient simple-to-use e-Services.
