The Air Defense's Director General of Administrative and Financial Affairs commented on the agreement by indicating that his administration aims through this step to act in the light of the e-government direction toward keeping pace with technological development in order to continuously facilitate procedures and enhance the payroll performance and boosting order, accuracy and efficiency of administrative operations.
Al-Sharif Khalid AlGhalib, on his part, described the agreement as another substantial step in a series of steps to support the Kingdom's e-government march as the service is designed to speed up work, increase efficiency and reduce risk. He pointed out that over 80% of the transactions of NCB's customers are done electronically, which makes the e-Payroll system an additional convenience not only to employers but to the employee as well.
