St. Petersburg Information and Analytical Center state unitary enterprise has worked out the concept of an Integrated Automation System – One Window, which is acknowledged as the core solution within the E-Government project implementation in St. Petersburg.
The One Window Program consisting of three stages is planed to be finished in 2011. The citizens are expected to get the access to socially important information, provided by the government officials, as well as to be able to draw up some inquires through the internet and to use the e-queue system.
