Transforming Government since 2001
On February 1, the Belgrade judiciary is to go online. It is expected that the action, part of the country’s e-government project, will lead to quicker and more efficient court activities. Information society applications such as e-government, e-business, e-health services, and e-banking help the development of a digital culture in the Balkan country.

The government's press office says the Judicial Information System will be accessible to the general public immediately upon its launch. Data on mismanaged or scofflaw businesses are to be included.

The database contains registers of citizens, business entities, and land. Up to 150,000 legal entities in all 18 commercial courts of Serbia will be represented.
