As we are going to fully "utilise" e-government on which the Government has been spending millions of dollars on "e-government it self' has been "made" as full pledge department, as members of the public we would like to send letters to the government agencies on matters of public concern like traffic lights, jam prone areas, drains which are blocked and flooding the roads (like Jalan Bunut and part of Jalan Gadong) - we are facing problems - the problem is we could not find the email addresses.

I would like to see and suggest that email addresses should have its own directory (like the telephone directory) after all there are only 12 ministries and about 50 plus departments.

Why not for a start publish the emails in the Pelita Brunei and other electronic media?

We heard in the news "we are talking about IT and e-governments" but the simple matter of making an email directory - has been forgotten.

If we do not have the email addresses how can the public "practise and make use of emails" to have communication with all the government agencies?

Hope, the PMO will make this idea into reality.
