As for the electronization of services of Tax Agendas, the key aim is increasing client comfort so that the fulfillment of obligations is a smaller burden, as the Finance Ministry stated. The new system should bring notifications of events, deadlines and activities within tax proceedings as well as the option of electronic payment of taxes, fees and later contributions as well. Also, people will not have to document data that are available in other information systems of e-Government, added the ministry. The concept of tax and custom administration reform as approved by the Cabinet of Prime Minister Robert Fico in May, 2008, should be carried out in two phases. In the first, UNITAS l, the tax and customs administration should be merged and a system of management and organization of collection of state incomes via the new Financial Administration of the Slovak Republic should be created. Uniting taxes and customs duties collection should take effect as of the beginning of 2013. In the second phase of UNITAS ll, the Finance Ministry wants to unify collection of all contributions within just one collection location.
