Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has officially launched the Electronic Physical Planning Permit Processing System (EPPPS). This digital platform simplifies how residents obtain building permits. On Thursday, Mr. Kehinde Osinaike, General Manager of the Lagos State Physical Planning Permit Authority (LASPPPA), announced the rollout.
