Agunloye stressed that the project is a modernisation initiative by NYSC in collaboration with NeGST which should be regarded as an alternative and complimentary approach to administration and service delivery.

"It is a means to redefine the way it (NYSC) interacts with its staff, corpers, citizens and the business community as well as with other establishments agencies such as institutions of learning, examinations or admission bodies," Agunloye explained.
