In the new wave of smart city construction, Chongqing Design Group grandly launched its independently developed 'Lingji Smart City' large model on September 6. The release of this product marks an important step forward in the integration of technology and practical application in the governance of megacities. As a result of eight years of research and development, 'Lingji Smart City' aims to address the complex demands and pain points encountered in urban management through AI algorithms and data annotation technology.
Intelligent Decoding: Enhancing Modeling Efficiency
'Lingji Smart City' utilizes advanced AI-CG dual-modal data fusion recognition technology, which can intelligently decode engineering drawings and accurately extract internal construction data of buildings. This technological breakthrough significantly enhances modeling efficiency, with an increase of over a thousand times compared to traditional manual modeling, and a cost reduction of more than 80%. This change not only accelerates the speed of architectural design and construction but also provides foundational support for the digital twin construction of cities.
At the press conference, Chu Dongzhu, General Manager of Chongqing Design Institute, stated that Lingji Smart City is gradually building a penetrating urban information space by bridging the architectural spatial engineering language with intelligent information modeling. This information system will aid in transforming urban working methods, comprehensively clarifying the basic data of urban asset resources, and providing scientific evidence for urban governance.
Empowering Public Safety: Application of Fire Information Dispatch
In terms of constructing fire prevention and extinguishing systems for super high-rise buildings, 'Lingji Smart City' has also shown excellent performance. Based on its foundational capabilities, Chongqing Design Group has established the 'Fire Information Dispatch' intelligent system, which can directly connect smoke detection devices to the 119 command center, intelligently generating emergency information and improving the timeliness of fire situation assessment and dispatch by two-thirds. Additionally, to address the challenges of firefighting in super high-rise buildings, this model integrates relevant management service platforms, supporting one-click applications for airspace and defining operational radii, allowing for the timely dispatch of reconnaissance drones and firefighting drones for rescue operations.
Multi-Scenario Adaptation: Flexibly Responding to Urban Needs
In addition to its applications in fire safety, 'Lingji Smart City' also possesses high flexibility, enabling it to deeply empower various typical scenarios such as public safety, urban construction, urban planning, and asset management. Through its intelligent modeling and data application capabilities, this model is gradually penetrating various fields of urban management, providing a more comprehensive solution for urban governance.
Looking ahead, some industry opinions suggest that as the demand for intelligence and digitalization in urban governance continues to increase, 'Lingji Smart City' may become a standard tool for urban management. This trend not only reflects the importance of technology in urban governance but also highlights the vast prospects for the future development of smart cities. In this technological wave, how to achieve equal participation for small and medium-sized enterprises remains a topic worthy of attention.
