Mohammed Al Jallaf, Senior Manager Electronic Banking Services, Emirates Bank added, “In supporting yet another e-government initiative, the Emirates Bank has provided e-Total Quality Management college with the payment mechanism that facilitates online payments using the bank's Payment Gateway Solution and E-wallet Services which completes the cycle of registration process of e-Total Quality Management college's various educational programs offered”.
The e-Total Quality Management College (e-TQM) was inaugurated by H.H General Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and UAE Minister of Defense, Chief of Police and Public Security on September 30 2002.

We will be the pioneers to encourage the interest, uptake and application of Total Quality Management thinking in the Arab World through innovation, affordability and accessible means. It also aims to provide managers in the Arab World with the opportunity to advance their careers and professional development by developing pioneering, up to date and relevant modules.
Emirates Bank provides highly secured e-commerce solutions the bank developed the payment gateway mechanism early in December 1999, which has continued a sharp growth since then resulting in partnering with leading government entities in the United Arab Emirates. Emirates Bank Continuing its reliable path has now initiated 3Dsecure payment program strengthening the whole e-commerce security infra structure and improving the formal payment procedure for e-merchants and cardholders by enhancing acceptance and eventually eliminating charge backs.
