Leading Jordanian IT Company Integrated Technology Group (ITG) announced it has successfully deployed phase one of its Government Resource Planning Solution, WaveGRP™ at the Jordanian Ministry of Tourism & Antiquities.

Tourism is becoming one of the most important industries in the world today, with ever changing needs and requirements.' Her Excellency Dr. Alia Boran Minister of Tourism and Antiquities stated. 'Based on our national tourism strategy, and due to the utmost importance of institutional development as a whole, it became a necessity to review and develop our operational procedures in order to achieve our objectives, and increase our Ministry's performance in particular and the tourism sector in general. Accordingly, the decision was made to deploy a comprehensive GRP solution that would enable us to operate more seamlessly, increase performance and facilitate procedures, in order to meet the global challenges facing this vital sector.'

Through WaveGRP™, MoTA will have a comprehensive resource planning solution that empowers its workforce to seamlessly perform electronic transactions at multiple levels. This will result in increasing the efficiency of operations and services, and reduces related costs. The solution allows managers and employees to access and manage information, and conduct transactions and operational processes in an integrated paperless environment, yielding results more quickly and accurately than traditional administrative and operational techniques.
