With summertime approaching, the eGovernment Authority announced a bouquet of eServices specially designed for different public segments though various service delivery channels (the internet eGovernment Portal, the mobile portal Bahrain.bh/mobile, and the national contact center 80008001), that includes a variety of services related to student exam results, flight details and other eServices related to activities that can be utilized during the summer.

The summer eServices are mainly provided by the Ministry of Education for students, graduates and parents to obtain the exam results for all government school students from the 4th primary grade to final high school grade year, providing also the service of issuing copies of high school certificates in preparation to apply for universities as well as applying online for the yearly scholarships.

Other services related to the Ministry of Education include accreditation and validation of certificates, registering Bahraini Students abroad through the Kingdom of Bahrain's embassies available worldwide through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Summer Service activities also include attaining information related to flight details , weather , and use of the smart card to avoid long queues during the peak summer season at the Bahrain International Airport .

In addition, the Public Library eService assists students and those interested in reading during their summer vacation in searching, reserving, and borrowing books from all public libraries in the kingdom of Bahrain as well as giving them the opportunity to extend the period of borrowing the books.

Notably, eServices have become easily accessible with the recent establishment of the National Contact Center, reachable on 80008001 as well as the enhanced possibility of attaining the services through the mobile phone, facilitating rapidly the services at anytime by the public in order to avoid the long queues and to perform all required procedures through the various delivery channels offered by the eGovernment Authority.

The Self-service eKiosks are also placed all over the Kingdom and represent one of the innovative solutions to allow the maximum beneficial use of the eGovernment services. Therefore, it became very simple to get all of the eServices from anywhere through the mobile portal which provides 55 eServices as well as other available services on the eGovernment portal such Bahrain's events calendar, weather reports and flight information.
