Cabinet Affairs Minister Shaikh Ahmed bin Ateyatalah Al Khalifa inaugurated the ceremony, attended by Social Development Minister Dr Fatima Al Balooshi and senior e-Government Authority officials.
The centres contain kiosks that allow the public to access all e-government services through a single point of contact and are placed in designated postal centres and convenient public venues.
The e-Government Authority plans to eventually increase the number of centres to 15.
Shaikh Ahmed said the centres were central to the success of the e-government strategy in line with Bahrain's Vision 2030.
"This stipulates availing all e-government services through a multitude of channels in order to make them accessible to all, regardless of age, income or educational level," he said.
"Only through this can we achieve the integration and quality level we strive for in all the e-services we provide."
