This has cut down pollution levels at site in comparison to using traditional construction methods, while improving durability and adding a level of safety and extended building life.

A township inspired by the five elements of creation: Light, Wind, Earth, Water, and Fire. These elements are an integral part of the community's design and ethos, seamlessly integrated to influence the landscape, architecture, signage, and even the naming of each phase.
