The updated version of the portal has - among other things - a new look and structure, improved forms of online requests, improved service provision, and a service that monitors the implementation process.
Users can take advantage of the service classification system, which can be found on the homepage of the portal. The classification of Internet users into groups - citizens, businesses, service providers - is expected to facilitate users’ searches, as the information they are interested in is gathered in one place.
Users also enjoy the improved electronic services of the eGovernment portal, such as: the online declaration of residence, a change of residence, information about coming to live in Lithuania or leaving the country for more than six months.
Additionally, users can find the necessary links to the services they need more easily and faster, thanks to the updated search engine. Furthermore, a new service has been added that gives users the opportunity to contact the service provider directly.
After running in parallel with the old version for two weeks, the new version of the portal can now be accessed at: www.epaslaugos.lt/portal/.
