This document provides a detailed plan for the development of e-government in Poland, and was presented at the 6th "Cities on Internet" conference in Zakopane, Poland on June 14, 2002. It identifies the types of e-government services that are to be prioritized both in the civilian and the business sphere, and presents an overview of possible methodologies for realization of these services.
After analyzing the current situation in Poland, this document proposes a strategic framework for e-government advancement and the implementation of ICT on different levels of Polish society.
