Thanks to this service, every Moldavan will be able to sign any document using a mobile phone (including reports, online applications, statements, etc.). Also, each institution in Moldova is obligated by law to accept digitally signed documents.
Moldovan Prime Minister Vlad Filat declared during a government meeting the following: “From 1 January 2014 the Government of Moldova will be without paper. This means that it will not be necessary to carry kilograms of paper with us. We have implemented the digital signature, we implemented the “Mobile signature” service. Beyond that we save on paper and ink, we have a more efficient work effort. “
