José Carvalho da Rocha expressed this view while speaking at the opening of Conference on e-Governance and Private Network of State in Angola (e-Gov).
The official said that the meeting aims to assess, among other matters, the works developed by the coordinating team of the project of Electronic Government approved in 2010.
The project is intended to give response to the need of setting up new models of relationship between the rulers and ruled.
He stressed that by doing so it will be possible to grant another plenitude to the participation of citizens in social, educative, economic and political lives of the country.
The e-Gov was held simultaneously through the video-conference with Ministries of Planning, Telecommunications and Information Technologies, National Centre of Technologies of Information (CNTI) and Hotel of Talatona Conventions (HTCA), the venue of the event.
