The eInvoicing Toolbox, the next in a series of free instruments to boost international adoption of electronic invoicing, online billing and invoice automation, was recently launched.

Shortly after the already successful eInvoicing Checklist, the eInvoicing Toolbox is a free, practical tool that can be put together with more than 75 of the latest free instruments on eInvoicing and invoice automation. The tool provides all the relevant and recent resources to get every organisation kick-started into electronic invoicing, online billing or invoice processing.

The eInvoicing Toolbox provides the following tools:

  • Free (online) tools, information on the eInvoicing tools available in the market.
  • Directions on how to implement eInvoicing or eBilling.
  • Business Case / ROI Calculators, the savings that they offer.
  • Facts and Figures on when do customers, suppliers and competitors adopt eInvoices.
  • Adoption Tactics of eInvoicing.
  • Videos of explanatory information on eInvoicing.
  • Legal aspects to look after when exchanging invoices.
  • Compliance and information on staying in control with eInvoices.
  • EU's vision on eInvoicing policy towards 2020.
  • UBL, CII, XML20002 and PDF, plus 80 more B2B eInvoicing standards
  • "Tools for techies", technical information on eInvoicing.

The website www.einvoicingtoolbox.com, contains some popular pre-selections based on target groups (freelancer, SME, large business, governments and service providers) and on themes (send, receive, pay and compliance). Users can of course go 'a la carte' and select all or only the relevant topics. The choices made are then combined into a personal custom made and free eInvoicing Toolbox that is sent to every user by e-mail.
