President of Kazakhstan has charged the Government to speed up the introduction of “electronic government” at the joint session of Parliament’s Chambers today.It will increase effectiveness of state bodies’ activity and decline corruption and administrative barriers, the Head of the State stated.
Nursultan Nazarbayev also noted necessity of optimization of state participation in economy by means of administrative reforms. New economy involves new management decisions which can be made only by modernizers, he said.
To develop contractual relationships in the society and consolidate private property institute additional legislative and administrative measures are needed, President added.
Economic, administrative and criminal responsibility should be applied to all reps of legal bodies and economic sphere, he stressed.
