Background Information
The main tasks of the Cadastre and Topography Administration are divided into three main components:
- Creation, management, updating and dissemination of land documentation and official cartographic data of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
- Cadastral survey of the Grand Duchy - regulated by the Act of 25 July 2002 setting up and regulating the profession of land surveyors and surveying officials - is carried out and supervised by the Cadastre and Topography Administration.
