The State Agency for Citizen Service & Social Innovations, acting under the President of Azerbaijan, has completely updated the approaches to evaluating e-services of public organizations.
By Order #1/1-01 Agency’s chairman Inam Karimov approved the new Rules of evaluation of organization and provision of e-services of public organizations. The Rules began operating since 1 February.
The Rules, in particular, imply assessment in three stages (information gathering, making inquiries and on-site inspection) of the working group of 3 people.
