The total number of users made 282,929. They used 820,555 e-services, according to the Information and Calculation center of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies of Azerbaijan.
The statistical data is provided beginning from December 2012.
“In general, every user spent 4 minutes 50 seconds to visit the portal”, the message says.
New users constituted 57.5% of the appeals and repeated users made 42.5%.
“The figures prove the increase in the level of portal attendance as well as the gradual growth in the use of e-services by the population”, the report says.
Of the total number of approved e-services (4,285,000) 218 are available on the e-government portal.
As of late January 26,166 users received a simplified password access to the portal.
E-government is a key tool supporting interaction with the citizens and enterprises of the state and private sectors.
It aims to reduce the number of documents requested from citizens through e-interaction between different bodies. The access to the portal is carried through the use of e-digital signatures, identification data of provide entrepreneurs and citizens, verification data (login and password), as well as the mobile authentication system which will be available in an e-form after registration on the portal.
